Historic Building Assessment and Documentation of Stephen Fish Red House

Hudson Valley Cultural Resource Consultants completed a Historic Building Assessment and Structure Documentation for Stephen Fish (Red)House in Fair Haven, VT. The project included the documentation of the existing conditions of the building through photographs, a sketch of the floor plans and the development of a historic narrative of the history of the property. The work was completed in advance of proposed development.

Evergreen Manor. Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County, New York

Historic Building Assessment Evergreen Manor

Hudson Valley Cultural Resource Consultants completed a Historic Building Assessment as part of the Cultural Resource work for proposed development in the town of Cortlandt. The assessment examined the early 19th century structure on the property, evaluated is history to determine if it met the criteria for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Evergreen Manor is eligible for Listing in the national Register, and as a result Structure Documentation was completed, in advance of proposed development.

Nevele Resort Complex, Town of Wawarsing, Ulster County, New York

Historic Resource and Building Mitigation at Nevele Resort Complex

The Nevele Resort Complex is considered to be eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic places. The buildings within the resort embody the distinctive characteristics of the Mid-century Modern architectural style and represent the work of several significant architects. The project included adhering to the stipulations outlined in a Letter of Resolution dated October 20, 2014 and amended in August of 2016. The project included visiting local repositories to gather relevant information pertaining to the property's history and included the salvage of building materials, to be incorporated into the new structure and development design.
